In short: your work stays on your computer. Your Atlas account keeps only what's needed to sign you in and list your workspaces. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your chats, files, your team's memory, routines, connected apps and their sign-ins, and voice recordings stay on the computer where you use Atlas. Voice is turned into text on your computer. Backups you make are files you save yourself.
This is stored by our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon) in Singapore and is used only to run your account.
Atlas uses the AI account you connect (for example ChatGPT or Claude). What you ask your team is sent from your computer to that provider to get answers, under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Apps you connect (such as Gmail or GitHub) are reached directly from your computer with the access you grant, and you can disconnect them at any time.
When an agent shares a web address, Atlas may fetch that page's title and preview image from your computer to show a preview card.
Atlas is made for businesses and isn't intended for children under 16.
To ask about your data or have your account deleted, write to the Atlas team at the support address listed on Atlas's Microsoft Store page.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
